Public - Private Educational Facilities Infrastructure Act of 2002 (PPEA)

"The Public-Private Educational Facilities Infrastructure Act of 2002" authorizes private entities to acquire, design, construct, improve, renovate, expand, equip, maintain or operate qualifying projects after obtaining approval of a public entity that has the power to take such actions with respect to such projects.
