Virginia Workforce Connection

VADOC recognizes its obligation and responsibility to publicize its employment opportunities to Virginia’s workforce during a time of economic recovery and reinvestment.

It is the duty of VADOC to be in compliance with Governor Timothy M. Kaine's Executive Order Number Eighty Five dated July 30, 2009. This order requires all State agencies and institutions to post their job vacancies on the Virginia Workforce Connection (VWC). This includes jobs created by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA) as well as those supported by any other funding source.

At this time, VADOC does not have jobs created and funded by ARRA. All of its current job postings appear on the Commonwealth’s Recruitment Management System (RMS). All job postings for all State agencies and institutions are automatically imported from RMS to VWC.
