Programs
The Programs Office provides central management of accreditation, health services, urinalysis services, substance abuse services, contracting services, grant administration, and special program policy development, financial management and program assessment.
The Chief of Operations (Community Corrections Programs) coordinates Community Corrections programs and services. He oversees the American Correctional Association accreditation process, compiles the annual status report, edits and distributes administrative policies, information materials, statistical reports and serves as the Deputy Interstate Compact Administrator and supervises Central Office units.
Security and Staff Safety
Security and Staff Safety staff conducts safety and security audits, coordinates the location of absconders, provides drug dog searches, edits safety procedures and manages the acquisition and distribution of safety equipment.
Interstate Compact
Interstate Compact provides mandated services for the field to process approximately 15,000 probation and parole cases supervision to and from other states.
